Digital delivery
Paid products are delivered as digital PDF or ZIP downloads after Stripe checkout. There is no physical shipping charge. Download links are created after payment confirmation and may expire for security.
Returns and refunds
Because Little NiHao products are digital downloads, returns are not available after a file has been delivered. If a download link fails or the wrong file is delivered, contact [email protected] and we will help restore access or correct the delivery issue.
Email privacy
If you join the Little NiHao parent list, we store your email address so we can send Mandarin learning updates, free printables, and product news. We do not sell your email address. You can ask to be removed by emailing [email protected].
Educational note
Little NiHao materials are independent Mandarin learning resources. They are YCT-aware beginner materials, not official YCT test preparation products.
